Did you know water responds to our spiritual energy, if we feel love, under the microscope beautiful patterns emerge, and if we are dark, random, chaotic patterns form. That’s why plants grow better when loved and cared for, and hugging a tree is not for lunatics because we are one with god and nature. That’s why we feel so good when we walk in the forest, we are connected; that is why we escape to the sun, escape to the seaside, escape to the country. It’s in the words, escape back to nature, it is why when we spend a wonderful day out frolicking in the fields and valleys we never want the day to end, when by the ocean we don’t want to go back home to the city, to our little boxes we call home. Because we feel alive outdoors, we feel exhilarated by the sea, feel a state of peace in the sun, feel free on the mountain top and just love the open countryside.
Because nature is our true home, walking among the stars connects with the god inside. Depression is the heavy concrete burden that surrounds us, the homes, unnatural frequencies of light and sound that block us in. TV, phone, computer screen, wi fi, etc, all bombard our senses, interfering with our connection to the universe. When we should throw off our shoes, walk in the grass, feel the pulse of mother earth beneath us and stay grounded. Talk to the plants, hug a tree, be happy, content and feel free because the stars and this planet was made for you, the ponds, rivers, stream, ocean and spring water is a part of you, it gives life to everything.

Nothing lives without water, it connects and affects everything, it is a living entity, it responds to our words, feelings, frequency and vibration. Water is power, it seeps into everything, it creates sand, rock formations, colour, reflection, light. It is a thing of incredible beauty to be admired, so we should show more gratitude for this blue planet, for water that flows here, for the nature it creates, for the air we breathe cleansed by the seas and the trees. When we stand by the lake or the ocean we feel good, and when we feel good then water feels our vibration and we are in the flow.
So we should get outside more, get off our screens, leave the city, feel the breeze, listen to the birds and buzz of the insects, watch the clouds pass over, walk among the trees because it all feels you, touches you, lifts you. And in return you serve Gaia nature, god, spirit, yourself and humanity, because our connection to mother earth is a spiritual one, it lives within.
