There is an intelligence inside us that knows what to do, our cells are perfection in human form, just as the flowers seed themselves, grow and bloom in perfect glory. Just as the oceans feed themselves from plankton right through to the largest creatures of the sea. Just as the skies produce rain to water the earth, and the forests produce the air we breathe and the flowers give their pollen to the bees. The natural cycle that helps all this exist, we are a part of, connected and at one with, and just like everything else, we too were made from the stars. This world, universe and human creation was no accident, and our body is its own universe with its own planets, which we call organs, and each organ functions to help us exist.

I would say the heart is the centre, the sun, which everything else relies on. Because without it, just like the sun, we would not be here, and like the sun the heart shines brightly, but can often be shadowed by cloud and cooled when we are hurting. The liver and kidneys cleanse like the moon, and the brain holds neurons almost identical to the pattern of the stars… We are made up of these cosmic elements, as the universe is in our DNA.

It is totally 100% true: nearly all the elements in the human body were made in a star. Every atom of oxygen in our lungs, and of carbon in our muscles, of calcium in our bones, of iron in our blood was created inside a star before earth was born. Hydrogen and helium, the lightest of elements were produced in the Big Bang. Almost all of the other, heavier elements were produced inside stars. Carbon, nitrogen and oxygen atoms are in our bodies, as well as atoms of all other heavy elements that were created in previous generations of exploding stars over 13.7 billion years ago. And don’t forget water, our life giving element which is around 60-70% of the human body, which also comes from the universe and cosmic stardust.

So all of our mass is “stardust” and we mistakenly believe we hold no power in this vast universe, when the universe is us, when we are it! So our bodies hold all this intelligence on the inside, it knows exactly what to do, as this cosmic system does, just as nature does, the body is its own natural intelligence. It breathes for us, the heart beats for us, kidneys cleanse and the liver filters for us! The bowel works on our behalf, we don’t say when it does, as it knows when too much waste needs to leave the body, we don’t focus on every breath as we know the body does that job for us. And this system works a whole life time without our help, and would remain perfectly healthy till the day we die, but for one thing, our only obstacle that can change anything in our life… The mind! The mind is the only thing that can throw a spanner in this perfectly run machinery.
