Late one night I was stuck at the supermarket as it was closing at 10pm and I couldn’t get a taxi. The security guard phoned a few different taxi firms with no luck, and he wouldn’t let me push the supermarket trolley home even when I promised to return it the very next day. So I asked if he would give me a lift home as he was finishing work, but he refused. So I asked a few last straddling customers who were packing their cars up, who also refused, giving me strange looks as if I was out to rob them. So I just stood there on my own in the dark as the store had closed, without even a mobile phone to contact anyone. Then a lady brought her trolly back, and she was the last person to leave so it was my last chance, I had to ask! And she not only took me home, but carried my heavy bags up 2 flights of stairs to my flat, and gave me her phone number, saying if I needed help with anything else just call. I never did because I won’t take advantage just for the sake of it, but all I can say is, out of all those that won’t help us, thank god for the angels in this world. These angels exist to assist us in our times of need, but we have to call on them, we must take full advantage of this powerful cosmic law, that only exists to serve us.

Because some people would say if we ask for help then of course we will get help, but that’s not always true and we know it. As I did ask but how many people refused to help me that night? And with just one last person left to ask, she could have also refused me. But this lady was the guardian angel the universe put in place in that moment, she appeared because I had got to the point where I had no other way of getting my heavy shopping bags all the way back home. So my thoughts in desperation turned to, I can’t stay here all night, I can’t walk home without my food bags, so I need a miracle, I need god’s help… send me an angel who will take me home. And so the universe answered my call, prayer, plea! I had just decided this situation I saw coming can’t possibly happen… no way, so what can I do to change it! And that decision that, I’m just not having this, I need to get back home right now attitude, brought this result!

Because this is a command, a definition of purpose that the universe cannot and will not refuse. The universe does not apply itself to our faffing around, it ignores indecision, because an indecisive message is not clear. If we are in the bakery saying to a shop assistant, shall I have a custard tart or an eclair instead, she cannot make your mind up for you, or hand you either cake until you decide which cake it is that you definitely want. And the universe is no different, it waits till you decide what it is you want in life. And you say, why do the things I want not come to me?

Well you must look deeper, there is conflict, contradiction harbouring deep in your subconcious mind. I want that but! It is the ‘but‘ that stops our wishes from manifesting. Because if you say I want that beautiful, luxury home but if I had the money to afford it then con men will target me, thieves will steal from me and people will only want to know me because I’m rich… then which is it? What is your choice, the eclair or custard tart!? The home of your dreams or the conman? So far you’ve chose neither so how can you expect the universe to deliver either?

Before I got my ride I was getting nervous the very moment I discovered there were no taxis available, and even more nervous as other people were slowly disappearing. My thoughts turned to, what will I do? How will I get home? So the universe answers, I don’t know… how will you get home? Then at the very last desperate moment I decided I was going home, one way or another I’m going home! And so the universe said, you are going home! Because the cosmos is our mirror and can only mirror our thoughts, feelings, commands, demands, fear, pain, love or joy. So stop dithering, be decisive and start demanding what you want in life, what you want for your family, friends, neighbours and global population. The change inside your mind, home and the world starts with you, always.
