One day I thought to myself, I wonder how many people have pictures of me throughout my life that I have never seen, then a week later someone sent me a photo in the mail. I remembered it being taken 10 years before, but I had never seen it as I left there before the photo was developed, and soon forgot it had ever been taken. It is a great photo, so I thought, now I just need a nice new frame for it. Then I put the picture aside and forgot about it, I’ll pick a frame up somewhere at some time I casually thought.

And I did… as two weeks later I went to put my rubbish in my dustbin and someone had thrown a brand new photo frame inside my bin, on top of all the garbage. So I took it inside and wondered why anyone would throw a perfectly decent photo frame away, still in the package! Then when I tried to put my photograph into the frame, which was the exact size, I realised it was faulty. There was only one piece of glass, not two, so I couldn’t put my picture inside, so that is why they threw it out? Then a friend visited and I said, have you seen this silly photo frame that only has one piece of glass? And they inspected it and discovered two pieces of glass packed so tight together that it seemed like one pane. So a neighbour had thrown it out for that reason, which gave me the brand new photo frame I wanted.

And not only that, but they had carelessly thrown it into my bin, and not in their own bin. And that is how the universe surprises us, and that’s also how others are duped and lose out. Because when you feel everything is a rip off and others con you, the universe serves up exactly what you are expecting. So a few things happened in this manifestation… someone sent the photo, someone put the frame inside my bin, ‘out of 6 bins,’ and didn’t leave it on top for anyone else. They paid for something they thought was broken, so in effect bought me the gift, which was also the perfect size. So casual, lighthearted, passing thoughts always bring the very best results.
