Are you ok? Many would say… I’m fine thanks, while thinking, not really, but I won’t complain as no one wants to hear my woes, as others would pour out all their troubles. But I will ask again are you ok? Think about it! You may have debts, you might have lost your job, your partner, you may be losing your home. You might feel nervous, sad, fearful, but are you ok, in this moment? And the answer is so often yes! If you are sat in a room, in a comfy chair, on a comfy bed, have food and warm drinks in the house, have heating, hot and cold water, a flushing toilet. And even if there’s no heating, you have a blanket… no matter what, you are ok in this moment. You might be in debt, you may have a high bill you can’t pay, you might have rent arrears in this moment, you may be running out of food in a few days time, and not have a penny in the bank or your wallet right now.

But in this moment your bill will wait, your room still exists, you have a bed and a comfy chair, and you don’t need any money now. If you are in the kitchen, in the bathroom, in the garden, in bed for the night, you don’t need money in this moment! And if you have nothing else, you have your body, your breath, your mind and spirit. That is something very special, to be alive, to think! To be the spirit connected to the universe yet we take a blank piece of paper, print a design on it and let that control a hundred years of our life, let a note control every waking hour of our days, and when we aren’t spending it we are thinking about it, worrying about it, always wanting or needing more of it, when we are greater than that!

Believe in the the power of you, of what you are, as it is just your mind that allows a bit of paper, some coppers, etc to control you. Yet we should use money like we would use a car that we buy, or a suitwe would wear. We don’t let any other object control us, only money! Money is a human bargaining chip invented to enslave us, but we are free powerful souls with magnificent minds. Money is just a tool, an object outside of us, which comes and goes and we use just like any other object in life. We are born naked, we can’t take what we collect through life with us when we go, not even the body that we borrow while we are here. And whatever we want in life don’t believe we can get it without money, we have to be able to buy things, afford things, so money is involved in every transaction.

But you are more than this, so put this obstacle aside, remove money from the equation, drop this heavy burde. You don’t need it, so forget about money and instead just think of the things you want. The home you want, the car you want, the flight you want, the job you want. Think only of the winning lottery ticket but not the money a jackpot would bring. Think only of the things you want, not the money, or where it will come from to pay for them… thinking of the money just reminds us we don’t have the thing we want, so often stops us attracting the item, big or small. So just dream of the item you want, and then the money will eventually appear!
