Fear, worry and anxiety… let it all go, let the universe deal with it and it surely will. It’s just a thought affecting the body, and we can change the thought anytime we wish to. It’s often difficult because we worry and focus far too much on what happened in the past, and what we believe may happen in the future. Which if we changed our perspective and belief then it may never happen. So if we just focused on the moment, as right now, in this minute I’m sitting on my sofa, safe, warm and comfortable. Just writing this post while any problems I have are piled up beside me.

While rioting may be going on just down the road, right now I don’t have the bailiffs or the rioters at my door so why attract them through uselessly worrying about something that may never happen. Or something our god given universe may save me from if I can change my thought and belief. Many may be worrying about what is going on in the world, along with their own problems. Or what some nasty person said to them yesterday while reading this thread in the relative safety of home, and the here and now. So unless we create problems for ourselves, through our own fears and anxieties in our moments of calm, then we would travel through life relatively unscathed. If we attract what we think about, then stop the fear!
