Another magical story -: Once when I was absolutely destitute, I had no food in the house and just a one pound coin, I went to the supermarket and got a 30p loaf of bread, a bag of porridge, 30p, a pot of jam 29p and a teeny, weeny banana, all adding up to one pound. When I reached the check out I thought, I really need butter and some milk so do I buy this bit of food so I at least eat, or do I take my chances, spend my last pound coin on a scratch card, hope I win and get my milk and butter, or starve if I lose? I had faith, god had saved me countless times, so I made my decision knowing the universe wouldn’t let me down, and said to the check out girl, just hold onto those bits, I need milk and don’t have enough money so I’ll nip home to get some more. She obliged, so I left the store and as I was walking down the street I spoke to the universe and said, you know I need a win to cover these items, do not let me down.
Then I bought my card with my very last pound coin and won £3-50p. And not only that but the shop assistant who knew my predicament gave me a load of pasties he had left over, and some out of date food items. Then I went back, got my shopping and even picked up a chocolate bar which my win covered, and I did this so many times when I only had one pound left! But to say hang onto my shopping I’ll be back with the money and arrive as if I really had just nipped home for it was a miracle. And I so often asked myself, do I buy a loaf of bread or win £10 on a scratch card to fill my cupboard, and the universe always provided. And the shop assistant asked, why don’t I buy my pasties if I have a pound instead of buying a scratch card? And my cheeky answer was… do I buy one pastie and starve tomorrow, or do I buy a scratch card, take a chance, win a tenner, fill my cupboard AND get some free pasties! He couldn’t argue with that as he was going to bin them anyway! So what I’m telling you is, no matter what happens in the world, if you have faith god will protect you and provide for you, and that is the truth. Just ask and know it will be.
