Repetition and affirmations help us, as when repeated they train the deep subconscious to accept the thing you don’t believe in. And repeatedly dreaming and visualising the luxury home, car, holiday etc, is fine as long as we recognise the feelings and vibration we are sending out into the universe. We must enjoy the vision… visualise living there and already having it. But if the vision makes us feel bad, desperate, yearning to have it, impatient or frustrated that we don’t have it yet, then we are sending out the wrong vibrative signal, letting the universe know we don’t have it.

So the universe matches that vibration by not giving us the bigger things we want but don’t believe is already ours. It can only send us what we can believe in, which is the poorer lifestyle we are already living. So we walk a delicate line, if it feels good then wallow in visualising, and repeat 3 times a day, as you are then bringing it closer each day. But it if feels bad, you are stopping it coming to you, so stop. You’ve already asked, the universe knows what you want and got your message the moment you saw it and said, I love that house, then it is already on the way, but we are repeatedly thinking, I want that and questioning when will it appear, then you are just starting again from scratch. So give it a rest, let it go and ocupy your thoughts elsewhere, with a good day out, a good book, a film or hobbie instead. And repeat affirmations to convince yourself you are wealthy, etc.

So repeat affirmations and repeat visualisations are 2 totally different things. Recognise your thoughts and feelings, if you think, they say this works so I’ll try visualising, then you don’t believe it! If you say, wow so that’s how it works! I’ll do that to get my house in the country, then you believe it. Know and feel the difference! Visualisations start with, I want, affirmations start with I AM, there is a vast difference between them.

Affirmation-: I am rich, I am wealthy, I am abundant, I am a magnet, money comes to me easily and frequently in ever increasing quantities, from multiple sources, in so many incredibly surprising, magical ways.

So repetition does no good if it is accompanied with negative feelings of impatience and desperation. So I always think of a small thing just once and it appears, no repetition involved. But when I repeatedly think of the big things, they never appear. I have to believe in the big thing or I should stop thinking about it and know it will appear one day. And one last thing is, we can say affirmations all day long, for weeks, months, years. But if we really don’t believe what we are repeating, then nothing will ever change.
