A teeny, weeny, easy, peasy. lemon squeezy, quicky meditation. There is a lot of new energy coming in to the planet right now, spirit is ready to assist us, so we must open up to this new energy, Those who can’t believe this and won’t open up to it will not feel the benefit from it right now, we will all benefit later, but the sooner the better. So sit quietly, eyes closed, breathe slowly and deeply 3 or 4 times, then while relaxed, imagine your heart filled with light, and colour expanding outward. Feel the love, and send that love out into the world, send it to your fellow man around the planet, and even to your greatest enemy, bathe them in love which affects them so they can do you no harm. Then imagine while your heart is open and filled with love, this new, powerful energy flowing to you and through you from the universe. Let it fill you up, healing your soul, accept it with gratitude, feel the purity of love and the peace of spirit and the universe.

Then say thank you, for what you imagine is real, energy flows as you glow. Let this energy wash over you and give the permission to remove any old karma, ask for guidance from Spirit, God, Buddha, Allah, Angels, whatever or whomever you feel most connected to. Ask for assistance to carry out your purpose here on earth, then what you need will be sent. Then enjoy the rest of your day, feeling content, happy and peaceful.

Find the time to relax and switch off if only for a 5 minute meditation each day, once a day, twice a day, feel your light and heart centre, feel the love for family and friends and the kindness of strangers. Feel the love of god, spirit, the universe comforting you, a warm light enveloping you and just sit with this feeling, in the silence. You are in the presence of power.

Sit and feel the love for someone closest to you, then visualise what you want for yourself that would also benefit them. And go on to imagine the amount of people you could help through your own wealth, knowing once you achieve your dreams you will inspire all those who know and love you You are supported by the stars, blessed by the cosmos and loved by god!
