I watch the TV programme Rich holiday, Poor holiday, and the rich don’t much like slumming it on a budget, but the poor love their luxury holiday. But as much as they love it and wish they could stay there forever, with no worries, they always complain about the cost, compare the final bill to the debts or rent they could have paid had they not taken such a well deserved, expensive break, that they have never had or never will have again in their life… Well it was nice while it lasted… and I can take away the memories…

Then they spend their time teaching the rich holiday makers the value of money. In retropect how can someone who has no money teach the value of money they never have? Shouldn’t those who have money and lots of it be more likely to see the value in something they have? It’s just a thought.

The poor teach the rich how to budget and have fun with little money but a cheap budget holiday, camp site or hotel caters for the poor. We have no choice, but the rich can choose the best 5 star experience that luxury can buy. From luxury travel to their destination, to personal pampering with no expense spared, on fun, out of this world activities. While we enjoy a fun day out riding little donkey on Blackpool beach and playing the penny arcade after another year of back breaking work, do we not deserve more?

Why do we limit and punish ourselves, making excuses that we are more sensible and handle money better! If we had any money to handle that is. But we don’t, and why don’t we? Because we don’t handle money well. We have so little we waste what little we have on stuff we don’t need, to cheer ourselves up after another dull week. We tell ourselves we appreciate the little things in life while not appreciating the little things. By ignoring the stars while watching TV, ignoring the blue skies while scrolling through our phones. Anything to dull the monotony of not having the financial freedom to live the life we choose. And working the rest of the time just to pay the bills and debt we can’t afford to pay off. So what excites you?

What do you feel good about that gets you out of bed every day? Do you have any time to languish in good thought, in gratitude for everything you have, or do you wake up aching and feeling heavy from the weight of another day of hard slog and drudgery, with todays bills to think about?

When did you last wake up feeling excited? On Christmas morning, and only then, when you were a child… When you were in the first throws of love… when you bought a new car? On your wedding day! When you had a child, got your new home, until the mold set in? We should bounce out of bed enthusiastically every morning, looking forward to another magical day, then the day really would turn out to be as wonderful as we expected.

This week the rich lady was a spiritual, yoga teacher who worked with the universe, expecting rich, top end clients, luxury, lavish surroundings and great wealth. She had a fun, calm, positive attitude, as the poor lady said, so if I just think about money it will appear? Positivity won’t pay the rent!

Well for starters that statement holds no positivity in it at all, it held a negative vibe, minus faith. She could not see that real positivity paid the rich ladies rent, and was paying for this extremely luxurious holiday the poor woman was enjoying. But the price of that caused guilt and shame when she could have paid all her debts off with that amount of money.

Why waste all that on fun when she could be debt free… but that way of thinking and feelings of guilt would ensure she will never be debt free. And the funny thing is, the week before, the rich men paid off the debt of the poor women they holidayed with. Because she was more grateful and had a very, slightly different attitude, but this lady, through her blindness, dis-belief and negative thinking, attracted no offers to pay off her debts.

So the poor must stop trying to teach the rich how to budget, they don’t need to budget, they hold the secret to attracting more than enough, to buy whatever they want in life. And they just happen to handle their wealth far better than we, as they spend and save. If they wasn’t careful they wouldn’t have millions permanently left in their bank accounts all the time would they? So it is the poor who need to learn lessons from the rich, so we can afford our rent, bills, then pay off our debts and have fun.

So how can someone in that dire situation really teach anyone, anything about money! Seriously, think about that, we of little faith and gratitude. We teach our children about money, and they end up as poor as we are???But it’s not all bad, we hear the birds occasionally, see the beauty in a wild life programme. But we don’t recognise what nature is really showing us…

We live in a magical world, full of beauty and abundance, which we ourselve are connected to, and are a part of. Yet we deprive ourselves merely through our own thoughts, vibration and belief! If a flower had a brain it wouldn’t bloom, if the sea had a mind it wouldn’t come to shore, if a tree had thoughts it would die young. So if we freed our minds of all the lies we’ve been told, these lies about money that we pass to our kids! We would be rich, look younger, be healthier and live an extra 500 years!

Our lives would naturally unfold with ease, just as the flower does, money would flow to us as easily as a river flows, abundance would appear in our lives as plentiful as the leaves on trees. Abundance is everywhere, try counting the grains of sand on a beach. try emptying the oceans, try catching every snowflakes as they fall. It is only through our thoughts, belief and stagnant inner feelings, and the vibration we are offering the universe that stops all the things we truly deserve in life, coming to us.

We are not the mind or the body, we are powerful spiritual beings just using this human form, this suit till we leave it behind to claim a new one. So which suit did you step into, one tailor made for you that was limited before you even started on this incredible journey through life, or a suit untainted by the lessons and opinions of others in the same boat. Or will you be the flexible one who breaks the mould of your ancestral chains and decide to leave a rich legacy for your children, grand children and great grand children that follow you, to teach them they all deserve far more.

The way the world is going right now we need more just to get by, more financial independance to make choices rather than rely on the hand that feeds us, as we can see, that hand can be taken away from us at any time. So we need to stop making excuses for lack and poverty and start working on ourselves, our beliefs and notice the daily thoughts that keep us small.

Lose your fear of riches, ask, believe and receive your god given rights, your mind and body has been hijacked by lies while your soul knows it’s worth. You are so special, you’re magnificent, incredible and worthy of all treasures this life could possibly bestow upon you. You came here for this! You just need to remember who you are… you are spirit, the grace of god.
