Serously! This has been our TV programmes every night for months… What a joke, we would need to unwind after watching that lot all evening, and don’t forget Gordon Ramsey’s nightmares every night! Such ease and relaxation leaving us in a meditative state all ready for a good nights sleep

This is British TV… filled with drama, disaster and murder programmes, not just one night, but every night, day after day, also with our main news, feeding us bad news for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and supper. No wonder the world is in such a mess, no wonder people suffer from mental health problems, live in fear, are stressed, angry, frustrated and so often suicidal.

What we eat shows on the body, eat cake and we get fat, drink alcohol or smoke and we get diseases, feed the mind all this horror and we die a slow death of sickness and negativity. To be healthy and happy we must always consume true health and happiness. But we are purposely fed fear, death, disease and drama to keep us in a continual, low vibrational state. To keep us feeling helpless and hopeless as that leaves us powerless, keeping them powerful. It is a game they play, and it plays out in every film and drama.

Our delicate senses are constantly bombarded and over loaded with every thing in our day, from TV to social media. And we can’t wait to share the horrors we see with our pearl clutching world wide community, just so we can all agree how awful the world is. Yet the truth is we live in a beautiful world, with so many exciting things to look forward to, but we are hooked on looking back, blaming history for all of todays ills. We love the drama, it has become a habit, we need this gossip for our daily fix, as we are all addicts, yet we have the nerve to condemn alcohol and drug addiction. We need to wean ourselves off the drama, the fear and horrors in this world.

We are entertained by actors and comedians that hate us, yet we idolise and stand up for them with such loyalty. They can do no wrong, such as, we condemn the local homeless drug addict, but feel sorry for the stars hooked on drugs, it’s not their fault, the industry never took care of them, they didn’t stand a chance with all their millions, luxury lifestyle, with beautiful men and women falling at their feet, and fans worshipping them world wide. But the bum on the street can go skrew themself as he had no help, no partners support, no money, job, home, or government support.

Don’t give him any money cause he’ll only spend it on drugs, give our money to the pop star or actor who spends millions on snorting your money away, at least we get a great film or music in return, so that’s ok. What does the homeless guy give us for our money? Nothing so he’s not worth our time, he doesn’t contribute to society in any meaningful way.

Nice choice, it’s all so happy and positive! And don’t forget the drama’s, Eastenders, Coronation Street and more containing your average friendly neighbourhood killer, so true to life as we have one on every street where we live. They portray this as an average day in any local neighbourhood, and we can’t wait to watch the next episode after last days cliff hanger.

When we step back, stop watching then take a peek some weeks later, we can clearly see the rubbish fed to us. But watch a full episode and we are drawn in again, like the nosey neighbours that we are, needing to know what happens next. But when a soap star leaves the drama they are soon forgotten about while in awe of the next important soap charactor’s life. So our minds are filled daily with what is, nothing matters but this now, and the next exciting plot! But old ratings have dropped as people change.

Young ones are instead obsessed and distracted with Tik Tok and social media, older people are also on Face book, Twitter, etc. All distractions. This is why we have no time to dream, to dream of more money, a luxury home, a nicer car and better future. We should ditch the drama, we have enough of that in our own lives, and we will have more of it if we thrive on TV drama’s. The only way to change anything in our lives is to take a break from all the B.S, step back, discover the silence and breathe deeply.

Do you think a billionaire watches Coronation street? They have no interest in the poor or how we live reflected in a TV soap opera. The extreme rich don’t watch TV as they are far too busy thinking about making their next million. We could improve our lives if we ever thought a bit more like them, they do say, to be rich surround yourself with rich people. As rich minds and succesful talk would eventually rub off on us.
