When you are feeling down just count the amount of times you got back up in the past. Celebrate your strengths and achievements, remember your bravery in the face of each storm, and just know this… There is no path you cannot walk, and there ain’t no mountain you can’t climb, you will always come out on top. And when you’re up there again, reach for the sky, and kiss the sun by day, touch the stars at night, and finally, embrace the moon. And whatever dies returns and is at one with Gaia.

We are no exception, yet we are the exception, with our special bond between heaven and earth. Between the sea and the sky, the mountain and valley, the wind and the rain, the elements of life. We are the spirit whispering through the trees, the voice heard over many moons, the kiss in a sun lit sky. We live, die and repeat, as nothing can harm or end us.

We regenerate, renew are reborn and start all over again, and nothing can stop our eternal flame, this infinite cycle. As the old energy dies out, new energy is replacing it… as the world fails, millions awaken and start the teaching of new lessons, on what not to do, about how to live better, love more, stop a war, rather than start one. Higher, lighter beings will teach children born into this new energy, the truth of their enlightened power.

And they will teach the adults who still need help with their spiritual journey, along with gently nurturing their own children. And so it will continue. Till the darkness is wiped from the earth, blowing like ash in the breeze, melting in spring snows, returning to freshness after a rain shower and joys of splashing in a puddle, the world will be rejuvenated.

It is advancement, it is here, it is around the next corner, like head lights in the dark, it is right there. It exists, it will appear and soon come into view, we just can’t see it yet. But we will, because we are the mountain nothing can move, we are the ocean driven tide, we are the flow of the raging river, we are the breathe of the wind, and dreams of the night.

We are the lion’s roar, the mountain rock, the power, the mind, and heart within. And nothing on earth, or through out this whole universe, can destroy the spirit of man! We are going nowhere, we are here for eternity.
