Every word uttered is a prayer, and every prayer can be answered… so as your mother might say, wash your mouth out with soap and water, and pray only for the things you want! Because positive or negative, your words do matter… Forget the lie, sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me. Because they do, even in jest as the universe has no sense of humour, it is your mirror image. So joke about your self, weight, illness, poverty, loss, pain, etc, and in the eyes of the universe that prayer is a wish, and will surely be answered. When you joke about your weight it is self sabotage. If someone else joked about your weight you may feel differently about their humour, and if you teased a child about their weight it destroys their self esteem. So why would you deem it ok to treat yourself so badly, just to make others laugh at your own expense?

You are one of a kind, special, unique, authentic and deserve better. So have as much respect for yourself as you would for anyone else, for you are no less than they are. You earned your place in this universe, and god doesn’t favour one over another, so stop lessening your own value. Would god ever say, ‘I prefer her because she looks good in that Nike top?’ That is the power of the universe at your finger tips, don’t misuse it at the cost of your wealth and health. If you want to be slim, healthy and prosperous you must change your thoughts and utter the magic words. I AM slim, I AM healthy, I AM prosperous, I AM Amazing! Because you truly are!
