Today I got dressed up in my new Christmas coat and new winter boots, with my new hand bag and hair cut and went out to buy my New Years dinner, as I just needed a few veggies to complete it. The bin men had been… it was dark and getting late so I brought our bins in. And as I walked down the steet alone, a young man came towards me cursing and muttering to himself. When I got close he was saying bloody women, I f-ing hate women. He was extremely angry and the type of man who could harm an innocent woman on the streets because of his pent up rage. But I passed him feeling happy, and knew my own good vibe keeps me safe.

I am no longer the victim I used to be a victim to men like him, because I changed on the inside, so the outside treats me differently. After bringing my bins in I went across to our new supermarket and he was coming out of our corner shop, he looked at me and literally growled at me, and I smiled at him because it made me laugh. There was a time when that kind of man would have started following me, harrassing and attacking me. I would have been timid, fearful and gone into survival mode just trying to save myself in that situation. and I never dared laugh in their face.

But I don’t have to do that anymore, my change in vibration on the inside is enough to keep such angry men at bay as they search for a meeker more fearful victim. So again, I was free to walk right on by, and as I crossed the main road a young lady passing in her car screamed, ‘Merry Christmas!’ out of her car window while driving by. I smiled and waved back, as those are the good things I attract these days to match my higher frequency. Then I went into the supermarket got my veggies and called in my corner shop for a £2 scratch card, which didn’t win. And I thought, just like the man I met on the street earlier, not everything in our day runs perfectly.

But just like the jolly young woman shouting Merry Christmas from her car, other things in our day lift us to a higher state of joy. Yin and Yang, positive and negative always exists. It’s our reactions to both highs and lows that make the difference in our lives. It’s our dismissive feelings of the negatives that attract more positives, more of what we want and less of things we don’t want. I wanted to reach the 3,700 members, milestone in my group by new years day, and I reached my goal on this day. It is the biggest Spiritual group on Next Door, the largest one in England, so it is a grand achievement on a smaller, social media, neighbourhood platform…

So I encountered an angry man, no matter, I encountered a joyful lady, wonderful… I didn’t win on my scratch card, no bother, then I acheived the numbers I wanted to in my group! And because of my reactions to all the things that happened today, then tomorrow will bring so much better!

So let’s make 2026 a more positive year for all, and attract more peace, joy, good will, perfect health and prosperity. Here’s to a magical 2026, as the power of the ancients is deep within us I wish you all a Happy New Year!
