Dreams are just the subconscious dealing with and filtering all the crap we take in during the day, to keep us sane and able to cope with it all again the next day. But when we dream of passed loved ones they are alive and usually well in our dreams. So that is our mind dealing with grief and loss, but they can also be contacting us while in our most relaxed state.

Just to give us the message to say they are ok, or that we will be ok. And some dreams are messages and answers to questions we have. Or just the thoughts and worries that were playing on our mind throughout the day.

When in our deepest, dreamless sleep we meet with spirit who advise us, we know where we came from and where we wish to go next in life, then forget those meetings and conversations when we wake up again. Sleep saves us, our sanity and physical health, that’s why people feel so agitated and often can’t cope with very little sleep. Sleep relaxes the mind, body and soul. Bad food, drugs, alcohol and stimulants severely disrupt sleep.

Exercise helps us sleep better, dream better, live better with sound mind. Hypnosis, meditation, gentle/deep tissue massage, or reiki healing helps.

Even sitting, to visualise being in a quiet meadow, by the sea, on a lake, floating on a cloud. Or bringing up sounds to close our eyes to, such as waves lapping on a shore, birds singing in the forest, a fire cracking in the grate, or a soft rain falling from the sky. Do whatever it takes to aid sleep.

You deserve a quiet mind, you deserve rest and inner peace, care for you!
